Pacific Cabinets is a thirty-two year old company specializing in the custom fabrication of architectural casework and millwork for medical centers, hospitals, laboratories, schools, and businesses.
Fabricating function with style is more than a marketing slogan, it describes the end product as well as the people and process that created it. Ferdinand, Idaho offers a lifestyle that attracts craftsmen who take pride in their work. All 70 plus employees, from the craftsmen to the engineers to the journeymen installers, have worked hard to achieve the premium rating from AWI.
State-of-the-art technology is evident everywhere you look throughout the manufacturing plant. Anchored by a Schelling CNC beam Saw, a Brandt edge-bander, and a Morbedelli CNC machining center, these machines produce efficient production cycles, unique designs, and the ability to meet exacting specifications. Plant layout provides the efficiency and the flexibility to handle multiple fast track architectural casework orders concurrently. As a result, PCI can produce premium work competitively for any size project. Our virtual fabrication software can show you rendered versions of your CAD drawings so you can see what your end product will look like, complete with color combinations and finishes.
Experienced journeymen installers coordinate with other trades on site to eliminate conflicts. In addition, they add value to the quality by paying attention to detail on everything from scribing a cabinet to the wall to how the cabinets are handled coming off the truck. This assures that the product produced in the plant looks as good on the site as it did when it left.
Client service means providing a hassle free relationship for contractors and architects. By furnishing a complete bid package, coordinating our cabinets with other trades, and supplying accurate, legible shop drawings, we can help bring your project in on time and on budget. Our knowledgeable project managers and installers have the expertise to make quick and accurate decisions when time matters.
